Top Long Beach Movers provides residential, commercial, packing/unpacking, and local/long-distance moving services in Long Beach, CA and nearby areas. All services are subject to availability and may be modified or discontinued at our discretion.
2. Estimates & Quotes
- All quotes are based on the information provided by the customer.
- Final pricing may vary if actual service requirements differ (e.g., more items, extra labor, delays, etc.).
- Quotes do not include additional fees for stairs, long carries, or specialty item handling unless specified.
3. Booking & Cancellation
- A confirmed booking requires customer contact details and moving details.
- We request a minimum of 48 hours’ notice for cancellations or rescheduling.
- Late cancellations may be subject to a cancellation fee.
4. Payment Terms
- Payment is due in full upon completion of the service unless otherwise agreed.
- We accept cash, major credit/debit cards, and other methods as communicated.
- Late payments may incur a late fee.
5. Liability & Damages
- We take great care in handling your belongings. However, we are not liable for:
- Items packed by the customer
- Pre-existing damages
- Delays caused by weather, traffic, or events outside our control
- Any claims must be made within 48 hours after the move.
6. Prohibited Items
We do not transport:
- Hazardous materials
- Perishable food
- Weapons or illegal items
- Valuables like cash, jewelry, or personal documents (please transport these yourself)
7. Access & Responsibility
- It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure safe and legal access to all pickup and drop-off locations.
- Driveways, elevators, parking, and building rules must be arranged in advance.
8. Website Use
By using our website, you agree not to:
